As your Project Manager, we become a temporary extension of a your organization, typically leading the project team from inception through design, bid/award, construction and occupancy, monitoring the endless details including the project budget and schedule. The project manager works thru the daily questions and issues, coordinating with the various team members to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of a quality project. Vargas Associates, Inc. delivers time saving and cost-effective services to organizations undergoing a relocation. Moving is a key component in most facilities projects, and may be required at the beginning of a project to vacate space for improvements, or at the end of each construction phase to support a multi-phased build-out. Sometimes a relocation is a stand-alone initiative, with limited renovations to an existing structure. Whatever the situation might be for your organization, you can expect that your relocation will require dedicated resources and may consume more time than originally anticipated.
Our Interior Design Services help facilitate our projects through the creation of conceptual and design drawings, furniture, fixture and finish selections, millwork drawings, carpet, lighting and flooring designs. Projects can be very simple from helping owners make the best re-use of what they presently have to completely re-working the interiors to re-define their environment. Our team frequently teams with the expertise of a licensed architect to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.
Services include the specification and bid/award process of open plan, hard wall and general use furniture. We also specify and source re-manufactures furniture for those projects that express an interest in other than new furniture. Our project work includes extensive inventorying to support cost reduction initiatives through re-use, re-allocation and responsible purging.
