Company History

Vargas Associates brings a unique approach to the world of Facilities Projects.  Our Project Management services are in the form of an Owner’s Representative. As your dedicated resource, we will bring Leadership to the table, ensuring seamless project delivery. Our team has expansive experience with project planning and management in many business sectors.  By working in a variety of environments, we have accumulated a wide range of best practices, which enable us to bring strong and confident performances to our clients.

Vargas Associates was founded by Christine Vargas, who holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  She has extensive experience managing relocations and facilities projects.

Fina Santiago is Vice President of the firm. Building strong customer relationships is her expertise. Fina has managed projects for Rochester’s largest corporations along with various school districts. She excels in situations that require an abundance of planning and attention to detail.  Her clients respond to her performance by retaining her on an ongoing basis for special projects that require her professional skill set.

Vargas Associates, Inc. has experience managing projects of all sizes and scopes.  As your Project Manager, we become a temporary extension of a your organization, leading the project team from inception through design, bid/award, construction and occupancy, monitoring the endless details including the project budget and schedule.  The project manager works thru the daily questions and issues, coordinating with the various team members to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of a quality project. As with all of our services, we will tailor our support to meet your needs.
