Success Story: Consumer Credit Counseling

Challenge

A small to mid-size company with no separate facilities department, with the need to relocate their operation to a facility that required renovation prior to their occupancy.

Solution

Our Interior Design staff selected the office finishes and specified the furniture for this unique space that was renovated in a building previously used by a large manufacturing company. We managed the details of the build-out on behalf of the client, as we represented their interests during construction meetings and interactions with the landlord. Consumer Credit Counseling Services requested our Relocation Management services to ensure a smooth move for their operations staff.
